Start a Plan: Wizard, BUY/SELL and full-capital CONVERT
Create a CoinRobot.AI Plan by connecting a tested Connector to a strategy, selecting assets and choosing SPOT BUY/SELL or full-capital SPOT CONVERT. Review capital, update permissions, protection, Backtest status and credits before execution, then monitor the run. The demonstration uses simulated balances and actions; its settings are educational examples, not recommendations or promises of profit.
Start a Plan: Wizard, BUY/SELL and full-capital CONVERT — MP4 · SRT
Prepare the Connector, strategy and capital
A strategy defines the trading rules. A Connector provides access to your exchange or Vault. A Plan connects the two, chooses assets, assigns capital and controls execution and protection. Start with a tested Connector, available trading funds and enough CoinRobot credits.
Paper and Live Connectors are different environments. A configured Plan amount is not a deposit. Make sure the matching account or Vault is funded, and do not allocate the same capital to several Plans.
Use Plan Wizard as a starting suggestion
Plan Wizard can fill the form from available completed trading history. It ranks eligible strategy, asset and execution-mode combinations; it is not a fresh AI optimization request. The button appears when historical asset statistics exist. If evidence is insufficient or no positive suggestion qualifies, configure the Plan manually.
Review the recommendation notice and prefilled form. The result score ranks historical outcomes; data strength describes the supporting sample. Neither is a probability of profit. The notice flags cross-interface evidence or BUY/SELL evidence used for a CONVERT suggestion when applicable.
A successful suggestion sets After StopLoss to Continue, portfolio protection to Close at 10 percent, and enables latest-version following, available AI variants and trade emails. The amount is estimated from available funds; if it cannot be read, enter it yourself. Review every choice before saving. The demonstration’s recommendation uses synthetic history.
Name the Plan and select its assets
Click New plan to open manual configuration. Give the Plan a recognizable name, such as Binance momentum demo. Choose the tested Connector that holds the capital you intend to use. The selector identifies its interface, fiat currency and available asset count. The demonstration selects Demo Binance with USDC as its fiat currency.
Symbols limits the assets available to this Plan, within the Connector’s own selection. Use Select all or Clear all, then check only the assets you want. Selecting assets does not buy them. The demonstration selects ETH and BTC.
BUY/SELL evaluates assets independently. CONVERT needs multiple eligible assets to rotate meaningfully. Consider minimum order sizes, liquidity and fees when choosing the asset list and capital.
Choose a strategy and its update permissions
Select the strategy that supplies BUY, SELL and STOPLOSS rules. The list shows its name, version, usage and available historical profit information. Past results and popularity do not guarantee future performance. Review the strategy’s purpose and formulas before using it. Missing required formulas can make an execution type or StopLoss option unavailable.
The demonstration uses Demo momentum with protection, an educational strategy with synthetic BUY, SELL and STOPLOSS formulas. It is not a recommendation.
Always use the latest strategy version follows new publisher versions within the same strategy family. Turn it off to keep the selected version. Use the AI-optimized strategy when available separately allows a valid AI variant for the version actually used; it does not itself request an optimization.
You can allow one kind of update without the other. Backtests use the original strategy. Accepting future changes means future behavior may change, so monitor the Plan.
Configure SPOT BUY/SELL
In SPOT BUY/SELL, each selected asset can open and close positions against the fiat asset. BUY opens an eligible position; SELL closes eligible holdings. Several symbols may be held at once and some capital may remain uninvested. This is Spot trading, not a leveraged short position.
Select SPOT BUY/SELL to display LOT size, Max invest and BUY cooldown below Starting capital. Starting capital is the amount assigned to this Plan in the displayed fiat currency. LOT size is the intended fiat value of a BUY entry, subject to executable amounts, the per-symbol allocation limit and exchange rules. SELL exits are based on held positions.
Max invest is the maximum share of Plan capital open in one symbol, not a whole-account loss limit. For example, 500 USDC with a 25-percent limit permits about 125 USDC in one symbol; a 50-USDC lot uses only part of that allowance.
BUY cooldown is the minimum wait before another BUY on the same symbol; zero disables it. Strategy rules can impose additional waits. The demonstration uses Starting capital of 500 USDC, LOT size of 50, Max invest of 25 percent and BUY cooldown of 60 minutes. These are teaching values, not recommended risk settings.
Understand full-capital CONVERT rotation
CONVERT is CoinRobot.AI’s distinctive full-capital rotation approach. It seeks opportunities in assets’ changes relative to each other: the Plan’s trading capital moves from the current asset into a selected destination instead of being spread across target portfolio weights. It is not a portfolio balancer.
The aim is relative asset-unit growth through rotations, while cash value can still fall. Holding one asset concentrates exposure; fees, partial fills and small residual balances mean execution is not mathematically perfect.
Consider a hypothetical round trip, ignoring costs: 100 units of Asset A become 200 units of B, and a later favorable relative exchange gives 105 units of A. That is 5 percent more A than holding the original 100. It is an arithmetic illustration, not a trading signal or return forecast.
If A’s cash price fell enough, the final cash value could still be lower. Judge CONVERT unit growth together with portfolio value, Buy and Hold comparison, fees and drawdown.
Configure SPOT CONVERT
Select SPOT CONVERT to rotate the Plan’s full trading allocation between selected assets, subject to the strategy, destination eligibility and execution rules. LOT size, Max invest and BUY cooldown disappear because they are BUY/SELL settings, not CONVERT sizing controls.
Starting capital remains: it defines the trading allocation, not your entire Connector balance or the bot’s gas reserve. Symbols, strategy, StopLoss, portfolio protection and email settings also remain. The demonstration retains a hypothetical allocation of 500 USDC.
A rotation is not simply a promise that every ordinary BUY signal will execute; its own switching conditions also apply.
Choose what happens after a StopLoss
After StopLoss controls the strategy’s protective rule. Continue closes the affected position when triggered and lets execution continue, so a later eligible entry can occur.
Close position and exclude symbol closes it and excludes that symbol from further trading in this run. Do not apply StopLoss disables that layer.
This selector is not a numeric loss threshold: the strategy supplies the STOPLOSS formula, which may protect losses or profits. Protective rules cannot guarantee a maximum fill loss.
Set whole-Plan portfolio protection
Portfolio drawdown protection applies to the Plan as a whole, separately from a symbol’s STOPLOSS formula. Disable turns this layer off. Notify only sends a threshold notification and continues; Close attempts to close all Plan positions and stop the Plan.
The percentage is measured from session-start equity, not a trailing peak. A positive 10 means a 10-percent loss threshold; a negative value is a profit threshold. Read the numeric limit together with the selected protection policy.
The demonstration uses Close at 10 percent. It is a trigger, not a guaranteed loss cap, because execution and prices can move.
Use Backtest before risking capital
Backtest simulates a historical period without real orders. Enable it, set From and To dates and review the available data. The interface requires at least five days between dates and currently supports start dates from January 1, 2026.
The demonstration sets From to 2026-10-01 and To to 2026-10-15, then disables Backtest without running a historical job. No completed backtest result is presented.
Results depend on coverage, assumptions and execution modelling; they do not establish future profitability. Backtests use the original strategy and can consume computing credits. Turn Backtest off before deliberately starting a live Plan.
Choose trade emails and account summaries
Send e-mail for every executed trade enables detailed trade notifications for this Plan. It reports executed actions, not every evaluated signal.
Daily summary email is a separate Account preference; closure summaries and operational warnings can also arrive. Read the outcome and any remaining positions, rather than treating an email subject as proof that all funds are closed.
These messages help you monitor activity; they do not replace checking Plan status and balances. No emails are sent in the demonstration.
Save the configuration, then execute deliberately
Save stores the Plan configuration; it does not by itself start trading. Save as creates a separate copy, so avoid accidentally doubling exposure. Review Connector, symbols, strategy updates, mode, amount, protection and Backtest status.
The demonstration saves a 500-USDC BUY/SELL example with 50-USDC lots as a simulated paused Plan. These are teaching values.
Execute starts the Plan. With Backtest off and a Live Connector, this authorizes real automated orders in your account. Confirm funding, API access, credits and protection first.
Execution waits for eligible conditions and market availability; starting does not guarantee an immediate trade. After submission, check the Executing state and selected settings. The demonstration only simulates this state change and begins with zero trades.
Monitor orders, balances and results
Use the Plan’s summary and trade-log runs to inspect actual orders, holdings, remaining fiat, costs and results. Review the execution mode, capital and available run information rather than relying on status alone.
A zero trade count can mean the rules have not fired or that the market is closed; investigate warnings rather than loosening risk blindly. Dashboard provides account-balance checks alongside robot allocations.
For CONVERT, read unit growth separately from cash-value profit. Neither CONVERT nor BUY/SELL guarantees profit.
Understand PAUSE, Resume and STOP
PAUSE suspends Plan processing while keeping its positions and history. It is not a liquidation, and you should not rely on that paused Plan to keep evaluating protective rules. Review the editable fields while paused. Resume continues the run.
STOP attempts to sell remaining Plan holdings and end execution; failures or residual balances require attention. Verify the final message and account balances. The demonstration opens the STOP confirmation and cancels it without liquidating holdings.
Delete is different: removing a record is not the same as withdrawing funds from an exchange or Vault.
Check credit consumption and modifiers
Credits pay for platform activity; they are separate from trading capital. Creating or saving a Plan is not the same as a chargeable trade. Successful BUY and SELL executions and chargeable CONVERT switches consume credits; configured backtest costs also apply.
At the current default, a Live chargeable event costs 1 credit and a backtest event costs 0.1 credit, before applicable modifiers. These are configurable defaults, so consult Credits and your actual ledger for current charges. Do not assume a CONVERT switch necessarily means two fixed charges.
An actually applied AI-optimized strategy currently uses a 1.3 cost multiplier. For example, a default cost of 1 credit multiplied by 1.3 gives 1.3 credits when the amount is at or below 10,000 and the user multiplier is 1.
Live Plan amounts above 10,000 use a multiplier of 2, and above 100,000 use 3; user-specific or interface settings can also change the charge. Review your Account balance and credit-usage table for actual usage.
Maintain gas, credits and an operating routine
Exchange fees and DEX gas are separate from platform credits. Keep native ETH or SOL in the bot wallet as required, outside the Plan’s trading allocation.
Maintain credits before they run out: a depleted balance can skip Plan cycles, so do not assume protection will continue operating normally.
Choose a tested Connector and understandable strategy, select assets and the execution model, then review capital and protection. Use Wizard as a starting suggestion, test deliberately, start only when ready, and monitor status, balances, credits and notifications.
