Use Account to manage your timezone, email notifications, email address and password. Before deleting an account, prepare your Plans, credits and Vaults, and understand which data is removed and which records remain.

Find your account controls
The Account page groups referral information, credits and profile controls into expandable sections. Expand the relevant section to review preferences, email, password or account deletion.
The accompanying walkthrough uses a synthetic account. It does not change a real user's details, send a real email, change credentials or submit an account deletion.
Set your timezone
Expand Preferences and choose a valid timezone, such as Europe/Madrid. The timezone controls the local dates and times used by relevant account reports and displays, so review it before comparing dated activity.
Use Save preferences when you intend the change to take effect. The walkthrough sets Europe/Madrid and focuses Save preferences without submitting the change.
Choose your email notifications
Daily summary and research summary emails have separate checkboxes. Enable the updates you want, then use Save preferences to save your choices.
Notification preferences do not change your strategy formulas or stop a Plan.
Change your email securely
Enter a valid unused email address and your current password. Use Update email when you intend to save the change, then check the result and keep access to the new inbox.
Never share your password or a verification code. The walkthrough fills the form with a synthetic address and a masked demonstration password without submitting or completing an email change.
Update your password
Enter your current password and a strong, unique replacement in the password form. Review the strength indicator and guidance, and store the new password safely.
The walkthrough only fills the controls. It does not reveal a real password or change credentials.
Prepare before deleting your account
Deleting a CoinRobot account is irreversible. Before deleting access, stop your Plans, settle any eligible credit return, and withdraw or close your Vaults. Review external API keys as well.
Deleting a Connector record is not an on-chain withdrawal. Exchange or wallet funds do not vanish when your CoinRobot profile is deleted.
Review the Delete account danger zone only after considering these preparations. The walkthrough does not stop any Plan or move any funds.
Understand what deletion removes and retains
Account deletion removes owned Plans, trade logs, Connectors, caches and private strategies. Public strategies transfer to the site administrator.
A depersonalized user record remains for legal acceptance and login-audit metadata. Deletion therefore does not erase every record without exception. Read the full current warning before proceeding.
Treat final confirmation as irreversible
The deletion form requires your current password and an explicit confirmation. Proceed only if you understand the permanent loss of private application data.
The walkthrough uses a masked demonstration password, stops at the warning and cancels. No deletion request is submitted to the server, queued or completed.
