Manage credits, support deposits and USDC withdrawals

Use Account to check platform credits, find your dedicated USDC deposit details, review credit usage and understand eligible USDC withdrawals. Credits are separate from trading capital. The tutorial uses simulated balances and example addresses; it does not make a deposit or submit a withdrawal.

Manage credits, support deposits and USDC withdrawals — MP4 · SRT

Check your credit balance

Open Account and expand Credits. Credits cover chargeable trading activity, backtest computing and owner-requested AI reviews. They are separate from the capital held in your exchange account or Vault.

The demonstration Credits card shows a synthetic balance of 3168 credits and a withdrawable amount of 104 USDC. These are example values, not a real account balance.

Check the current conversion rate

Get credit shows the current USDC-to-credit rate and your dedicated Arbitrum deposit details. The recorded configuration gives 20 credits per USDC, with a minimum recognized transfer of 1 USDC.

Check the live page before sending because rates and conditions can change. Credits are not a promise of trading performance.

Use your own dedicated deposit address

Copy your dedicated credit-deposit address using the copy control, or use its QR code. Send native USDC on Arbitrum One only.

This address funds your CoinRobot credit balance; it is not your DEX Vault or bot wallet. Never send funds to the demonstration address or QR code.

Verify the transfer and wait for recognition

Use a wallet or exchange that supports native USDC withdrawals on Arbitrum. Verify the network, token, recipient and net amount after sender fees before sending.

Wait for the required confirmations and automated recognition. At the example rate, a 10-USDC deposit converts to 200 credits. The tutorial's transfer illustration is not a real deposit, an on-chain receipt or confirmation of credited funds.

Activate an eligible coupon

If you have an eligible campaign coupon, enter its exact name in the coupon input and select Activate. Coupons add free credits and have their own validity and eligibility rules.

DEMO-EXAMPLE is a placeholder used in the tutorial. It is not an offer or a promise that the code will work, and no code is redeemed in the demonstration.

Search and review credit usage

The credit-usage table records additions and deductions, including their descriptions, counts and origin. Search by type or description, and use the page controls to inspect older entries.

The 31-row demonstration ledger contains synthetic support deposits, referrals, public-strategy rewards, trades, backtests and an AI review. Example search terms include GET CREDIT, TRADE_USAGE and AI_STRATEGY_OPTIMIZATION.

Understand the withdrawable balance

Expand Currently withdrawable balance in Account. Free credits are consumed first and cannot be returned as USDC. The unused USDC-backed portion may be returnable, including eligible rewards that preserve that origin.

The available amount reflects the minimum retained balance and withdrawal rules. It is not necessarily your total credit balance divided by the current conversion rate.

Check the Arbitrum withdrawal recipient

The withdrawal form requests an Arbitrum recipient and uses the currently eligible amount. Check the entire recipient address and confirm its network before submitting.

The recorded setup retains at least 10 credits and requires at least 1 USDC to withdraw. Always follow the live figures. The tutorial uses an example address and does not submit a request.

Follow approval and processing

Submitting a withdrawal request reserves the eligible credits and waits for the required approval and processing. It is not an instant transfer.

Follow the request status in Account and the completion notification. Use a cancellation control only when it is available for the current request status. The tutorial illustrates awaiting approval, requested, processing and completion without creating a queue entry, approval email or payment.

Keep platform credits separate from trading funds

Monitor the ledger and low-balance messages so credit exhaustion does not interrupt your trading setup. Your trading capital remains at the Connector’s account or Vault.

The Credits page manages platform credits and their eligible USDC return. Consult the Credits guide for current rates, conditions and explanations of free credits, USDC-backed credits and consumption.
